CREOFF was asked to help the HealthConnect team to release version 1 of a new web application to be used for the administration of diabetes patients resources in medical centers and hospitals.
Goal was to convert an existing legacy desktop application to a brand new online web application.
It was rebuild from scratch in Angular 2 & 4 and got an easier and friendlier interface.
