Local elections 2018
CREOFF already worked on the 2012 edition of the local election result website and was asked to create a brand new meaner, leaner and even faster version for 2018.
The old version had a frontend written in backbone.js but after an initial analysis it was deemed wiser to rebuild the user interface in a modern JS framework.
After a quick comparison of three candidate frameworks Vue.js ended up as the winner.
The website was turned into a progressive web app (PWA) and optimized for use on mobile devices (both smartphones and tablets).
